Summer is, a season of warmth, growth and abundance. Its is characterised by longer day, higher tempetures and flourishing plant life. Summer symbolises vitality, energy and a sense of freedom. It brings forth outdoor play, various festivities making a time for joy and gatherings.

An festive workshop of the Summer Solstice commencing with:

• Transformative drum opening ceremony with Jayden

• Light and Adundance meditation harnessing the energy of creation with sun energy

• Sound healing session, a journey to connect with your inner self

• water ceremony symbolising vitality and celebration of you with Linda (please bring a letter/word for shedding and a insight to what you would like to call in)

• Gratitude for the sun ceremony

• Nourishing soul food replenishing both body and spirit. - Vegan available

• Sharing Circle, a space for your growth to emerge - please bring an instrument, poem or dance

• Closing ceremony, leaving you with a sense of rejuvenation and a connection to the changing season.

• Please bring a water bottle/ chair/ something to share in circle / and your water ceremony letters/ arrive at 5:15 pm
